So much Time has passed........

Wow - It's been 2 years since I've posted - things have been pretty crazy....Adilynn has turned 2 and and my other granddaughter London is coming up on 20 mo. old. Both girls are the light of our lives.
Unfortunately - we have not gotten to see Adilynn since she was 8 mo old.  and we do not have access to many pictures or video's. We do make the best of what we do see and treasure each picture and short video.
We do get to see London on a regular basis since she lives near by.  She is a character!  It will be fun to see her grow and develop and to be able to love on her.  I basically pour everything I want to give Adi into London.
How do I keep ties with Adi - by sending "stuff" - it may be from the dollar store - but for each "holiday" or special day on the calendar - Valentines day, St. Patty's day, Easter, Memorial Day......I find little things to send to her....Chalk, bubbles, sun glasses, coloring books....  I'm hoping that as I continue to send these little packages that some type of relationship will be established between Adi and us.
And, because I have a big thing about being "fair" - What ever I buy Adi - I buy London....so that they have the same memories.....Hopefully that will bond the two cousins as well.

Beginnings

To start off - I am doing this for my granddaughter Adilynn, but it can be for anyone who needs a Grandmothers attention. We all need to feel loved and cared for in our lives and it is especially hard for those that are separated by distance.
